Can pensioners use Voice AI? 🤷‍♂️

This was effectively the question we wanted to answer when we launched our first prototype 6 months ago; is this technology accessible to people of all ages and levels of tech-savviness?

This video is the answer. 81 year old pensionr Marion validated our hypothesis when she successfully engaged with our early Voice AI prototype and raised a work request for her hot water issue. She was so happy with the outcome, she didn't even realise it was a computer.
